The hosting of the event still lies in thin air, as India has proposed a hybrid model of schedule. The BCCI confirmed their decision to not send the Indian team across the border. Moreover, ICC has missed the deadline for releasing a schedule for the event – previously confirmed for November 11.

Pakistan fans catch a glimpse of the ICC CT via the trophy tour. As the Asian giants brace themselves to host an ICC event for the first time in 28 years, Pakistan is set to welcome the cricketing carnival back.
The ICC has brought the silverware for the ICC CT 2025 to Pakistan to award it to the winners. The ICC brought the trophy from Dubai to Islamabad on November 14, and the precious piece would now do rounds of the host nation for the fans to come closest to the trophy.
The trophy tour will last over a week, starting from November 16. The first venue of the display will be the scenic Skardu Valley. The tour will end on November 24, with stops at Murree, Hunza, and Muzaffarabad.
The ICC will take the Champions Trophy to the top of Mount K2, the world’s second-highest mountain peak, after Mt. Everest. The PCB has done its level best to welcome the ICC event to their homeland, amid shadows of uncertainty.
ICYMI, the trophy will not travel to any of the three proposed venue cities of Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi.
